Tourism is booming in the Philippines.

I lived in Cebu City for about 8 years and I have seen a huge increase in tourism. I recently came back to the Philippines and moved to the Province. A few days ago I came to Cebu City to renew visa and was blown away by the number of Western tourist both men and women in the city. It felt more like Manila more than Cebu City. Who here has plans to visit the Philippines?
